VP, Healthcare Solutions
Christian Del'Aune has been immersed in all facets of healthcare technology throughout his career, with a heavy focus on compliance and the cloud. His technical background strikes the “devops” balance with strong experience in both the software development and the infrastructural/operational sides of Information Technology (IT) in a wide variety of clinical settings. He began his career in the Cath Lab working on discrete data capture systems for natural language reporting and integration with multiple systems including the EHR and the NCDR CathPCI registry. His time in non-profit research involved building applications for managing clinical and pre-clinical trials – all under FDA and GLP scrutiny.
Prior to joining Data AnyWare, Christian spent 10 years as the Director of Technology for a cloud-based medical imaging company. His role included the design, implementation and commercialization of both the software and infrastructure for multiple cloud-based, FDA regulated, HIPAA-compliant systems and applications. During this time, he also acted as mentor and liaison to both academic and medical professionals on an array of projects including grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Christian was on the forefront of deploying HIPAA compliant applications to cloud-based vendors like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure and was a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) panel tasked with designing the original ImageGuide registry.
